What I would like to talk about is not only the theory of nutrition but also to show the importance of personal experience and the positive feeling we get from a balanced diet. Many people react negatively when they hear "healthy" or "balanced" and immediately think they have to abstain from eating certain food. What really matters is the feeling of enjoyment and wellbeing while eating. There is such a wide range of high-quality foods and, with a bit of imagination, there are no limits to the possibilities of preparing and combining. It's not a question of "dos and don'ts". Eating all kinds of food in moderation makes it fun and does you good!
